As The Mortgage Associate at TMG Saskatoon, it is my job to have knowledge of all companies products and services. Recently the Canadian government made changes that made banks unable to offer a zero down mortgage. However, exempt from these lending rules were the Credit Unions of Canada who are still able to offer the zero down mortgage product.
By using me The Mortgage Associate at TMG Saskatoon, I am able to work with multiple Credit Unions to make them compete against each other and get you the best rate available.
If you are a first time home buyer interested in zero down mortgage products you must come to the First Time Home Buyer Seminar that can be found below.

You have had enough of your mom telling you to do dishes, or your landlord not fixing the stove that now has one element working, or you are moving to Saskatoon for a job and have decided its time to throw on the grown up pants.
Purchasing your first home is frightening. It's something that seems like everyone should know how to do, like building a camp fire, but no one really teaches you how. Asking for help is tough and unless your sibling or close friend has gone through it recently you are alone.
I love educating my First Time Home Buyers about mortgages and the steps to buying their first home. Below is the easy steps to purchase your first home in Saskatoon!
Here are the 8 steps to follow:
